Acknowledge version
Users who are to acknowledge a version will be notified about the acknowledgment via the following areas after the release:

Notifications in the Portal header

Email
Note: In order to be able to confirm acknowledgments in Aeneis, the user must be a member of the license group Release workflow (extended). See also Functional groups and license groups.
Depending on the context, you can acknowledge versions either via the Acknowledgment drawer or directly via the Further actions:

Instruction - Execute acknowledgment in the drawer:

In the My tasks | Current tasks area, click on More actions in the corresponding task card and then on Call acknowledgment:

In the More actions menu of the object, click on Call acknowledgment, e.g. in the sidebar
Note: The entry is only visible if the version of the object to be acknowledged is currently selected.

In the Portal header, click the acknowledgment notification:

Click on the version selection in the header of the object and then on the entry Call acknowledgment:

Click Acknowledge in the acknowledgment drawer:
Note: By default, users do not have to authenticate themselves when they acknowledge of a version. However, you can configure the Portal report so that recipients have to authenticate themselves again when acknowledging. See also Configure acknowledgement with authentication.

Note: First make sure that the version of the object you want to acknowledge is selected.

Click on the entry Acknowledge:
Note: By default, users do not have to authenticate themselves when they acknowledge of a version. However, you can configure the Portal report so that recipients have to authenticate themselves again when acknowledging. See also Configure acknowledgement with authentication.

In the BPM report Open acknowledgments, the acknowledgment of the user is displayed as completed if the acknowledgment of other users is still pending:
